Beacon Health
Junior project
Fall 2019
Riley Rittenhouse
My objective was to create a free medical clinic in my hometown for those in the community who are unable to get healthcare. Beacon Health is a free medical clinic that will strive to be a guiding light for those in the community who are unable to access healthcare. Their mission is to provide patient-centered healthcare with excellence in quality, service, and access.
Since all Ludington residents may not have access to the website, the brochure will be placed in stores and local businesses to give everyone the information they need.
On the first screen is where people can get care, patients can see stories from past patients and follow the steps to get the care they need. The second screen is where people can sign up to volunteer and see the available positions that are needed. The forms screen allows patients to fill out information before their appointments.
Blessing bags are for people who come in to the clinic that are in need of everyday items like toothpaste, deodorant, gloves and other things like that.
Shirts will be worn by volunteers and at events to help put patients at ease and make them feel relaxed.
Thank you cards will be sent to those who donate to thank them for their generosity and to share what their donation went towards for the clinic.
